BY YOUR SIDE
As your doula, I’ll be with you every step of the way. In the months leading up to birth, I’ll share resources and classes to help you feel prepared and confident. We’ll sit down together before labor to talk through your birth plan and what matters most to you. At anytime along the way, you can text or call me with questions or worries— I’m always here for you!
When labor begins, I’ll come alongside you with encouragement, hands-on comfort, and steady support for as long as you need me. After your little one is born, I’ll be there to help you get started with breastfeeding and to make sure you feel cared for.
Once you’re settled at home, I’ll visit you and your baby to check in, offer a hand where it’s needed, and bring along my famous homemade cinnamon rolls—because every new parent deserves a little sweetness.
